What is difference between this one and the Diva cup?

I’ve used both, the diva cup is a bit thicker and more rigid. But other than that and the brand name, there really isn’t much of a difference. Diva cup is the beauty blender, this is the real-techniques sponge. Essentially the same, maybe even better, for a fraction of the price.

What is the difference in dimensions between size L and Size S?

Give it a try, pre-birth and post-birth, but It's better to try both sizes to find the best fit, small for lighter days and large for heavier days.

Why would I need two sizes? I have one vagina. What a waste!

The smaller size i use when my period is light. If I use the bigger one I will get cramps, not to be Lude but I feel a "shrinkage" in width when my cycle is ending, (back to normal I guess)if I use regular size I will be in pain. I use regular only when the flow is heavy (I dont feel the "shrinkage" at that time).

I was skeptical about using a menstrual cup for the longest time and finally decided to give it a try. I have heavy flow in the initial days and pads just didn't make up to it as it would get messy and frequent changing. I am so glad I decided to get these specific brand after watching many video reviews and posts. the ball tip makes it so easy to locate and remove with a non slip grip. The two sizes are also great as you can use them as per your flow. No leaking, no ordor and no stains. Looks brand new and so easy to clean and store. Thumbs up!!
