Great for your back
If you need something to lay under your back to roll on and stretch your back this is it. Also works well as a back rest on the couch.

Sturdy
In my first order there was a damage but I was able to exchange it and I really liked the product. Sturdy and long enough for me and for my 6' 2" husband. Color is so bright, loved it!

Can’t complain, pretty good.
This is great for relieving upper and middle back pain, however I’m having trouble rolling out my lower back with this foam roller, due to it being a little too large in diameter for me personally. It’s a decent price but you get what you pay for. It’s high density and has very little give, but don’t expect it to have any weight to it, it’s extremely light which may be desirable depending on your usage case. Overall I can’t complain, it is adequate for my basic use needs and I’m satisfied.

A little too hard depending on the area of the body you are using it for.
I use this to help with my sore hips during pregnancy. It’s kind of harder than i expected so next time i’ll get a softer one.
