COOSKIN15.6 inch Anti-Scratch LCD Laptop Screen Protector Guard Cover for Dispaly 16:9 Notebook Film

I bought this to put on my new Lenovo L560's 15.6" matte screen. It was definitely not easy to apply this to a matte screen, and especially challenging due to the large size of the screen, but I was able to apply it carefully with only a few very small bubbles around the edge of the screen. The key technique when adding this to a matte screen is to start on one side (and I would definitely apply it from on side to the other rather than from top to bottom or vice vesra). Go slowly and slowly apply it from one end towards the other, pressing gently as you go, and if any bubbles appear (which is inevitable when applying on a matte screen, and tend to be large), lift it up until you reach the bubble and then start applying it again. After applying, use the included firm card (like a credit card) to gently push out some small bubbles near the periphery, but you will not be able to push out bubbles that aren't near the edge, at least not on a matte screen.The screen protector itself was almost exactly the perfect size, which looks good if you apply it precisely but could end up with an edge that won't press flat if you get the angle even a tiny bit off in the beginning. The end result looks great though, protects the screen, and converted my matte screen to glossy, which I prefer (I grew to like it with my Macbook Air). The only negative I would say is that there is not an included alcohol wipe, only a dry and wet wipe that are useless as the wet wipe will leave water on the screen (doesn't evaporate like alcohol) that will leave dust and streaks if you dry it with the dry wipe. You will definitely want to use an alcohol wipe to get the screen perfectly dust free before you start.

I was super worried about having to put on a screen protector of this size but it turned out to be pretty easy. However, there are a couple of TINY air bubbles in and a couple areas where dust got trapped. No matter how hard I tried and how much time I spent with it, it was unavoidable :( But overall it's a pretty nice protector. I can deal with a couple bubbles to prevent scratches on a super expensive laptop.As a wife and as a mom of 3 kids, I spend a lot of time shopping for deals on the best products out there for my family. It's important to me that if we're spending our hard earned money that we get a top notch product in return. I often rely on the reviews and opinions of others when contemplating purchasing a new product that I haven't tried before myself. So my husband brought a new HP 15.6 Notebook laptop with touchscreen and we were looking for some screen protection from scratches, fingerprints, cracking you name it. Well we did a little searching and this one popped up with the best ratings. My husband knew that installing a 15.6 inch screen protector wasn't going to be easy there's a lot of things that can go wrong. But I'm pleased to say that the installation process was pretty smooth for the most part. Only trouble he had was dirt and lint that just would not end. He used everything provided in the kit including the lint remover stickers and the sticker guides to line up the protector so it could just fall back on the screen like a hinge for a perfect fit. Besides a couple of air bubbles where lint got trapped you couldn't ask for a better protector I can't notice the bubbles at all when the screen is on. Only minor con is that there's no way to ever avoid fingerprints especially with touchscreens but they are light are not that noticeable when the screen is on so that's a plus. The screen protector is clear and doesn't effect the HD quality or appearance of images or videos on the screen so I'm happy with that. Touchscreen feels smooth and fluid just like before it was applied which is awesome. I recommended this brand COOSKIN and all I have to say is be patient, be cautious when applying any protector it will get the job done in the end.

I like it, but it really needs to be a touch larger. It really is only the size of the actual viewable screen. As such, installing it slightly off may mean not covering the whole screen. Had a great deal of difficulty in getting it on and removing bubbles. Would not say the instructions they give is likely going to lead to success. I had to peel it back multiple times to get the bubbles out. I was afraid I would damage my screen pressing down so much trying to get bubbles out. I would recommend laying it down a bit at a time and working the bubbles out at the same time. Very difficult to get it down completely dust free with the time it takes and static, but once in place - if bubble and dust free - it is very nice, especially for the price. I succeeded in the end to have only a few pieces of dust.

Tthe Cooskin Anti Scratch/Fingerprint screen protector for touch screen laptops does the job it's designed for... In fact it was the easiest screen protector I have ever installed on any electronic devise ever. I had no bubbles, no lint. I simply laid down on the screen without difficulty of any kind. I have install screen protectors on a few devises, that I wound up destroying in the infuriating method of installation. But the Cooskin was so easy to install. I purchased the clear version rather than the matte finish because I wanted to take advantage of the HD screen of my touch laptop.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is fingerprints tend to linger even after wiping it down with the microfiber cloth that came with the protector. It may however be user error so I will come back and update if I find a better way to wipe down the screen.

It's pretty good, fits my Acer laptop. Product is like semi-hard plastic, thicker than phone screen protectors.
