If you want a good quality 'real' mineral powder foundation, try this one. Many foundations can be orange-y but this one is not. I love the olive shades! I recommend using a good quality foundation brush rather than a sponge. Make sure to use a good moisturizer or serum before hand so that it doesn't settle into fine lines and don't apply too much. Also... finish with a rosewater (or comparable) face spray to set it and add more hydration.Works great as a highlighter and contour, buy a shade darker and a shade lighter. They last forever also! A little goes a long way but you can also build them up if needed.PROS- Good coverage, healthy on your skin, double as highlighter/contour, covers all day, one compact can easily last 6 months.CONS- If you have dry skin and don't moisturize, it might settle into your fine lines if you apply it heavy.

Good powder foundation, a bit too dark for me.
I've been wanting to try out this powder foundation for a while, so I finally purchased it here on Amazon as it was cheaper and I didn't know how I would feel about it. I have sensitive, combination, acne-prone skin - so I'm kind of particular about what I put on my face, ha. I also don't like wearing liquid foundation or heavy makeup, so I've been trying different powders. Anyway, I bought this in the shade Olive 1. I'm pretty fair-skinned, but I have a difficult sort of undertone. I used to tan very easily and deeply when I was younger, but now I try to stay out of the sun to prevent getting skin cancer, thus I'm pasty white. haha. Anyway, because of my struggles with foundation matching and this slightly green tinge to my skin, it has lead me to believe I have an olive undertone. However, sadly, I still have not found a perfect match. Sigh. I guess that's just the way it is for some of us.This shade is just slightly too dark for me, unfortunately. I would say half a shade to one shade too dark for my complexion. I might be able to work it during the Summer, but definitely not going into Winter. I have to say that was pretty disappointing as even though I bought it cheaper here, it's still an expensive powder foundation. And I really do think that it is a nice powder that offers decent light to medium coverage. As with all powders (or foundation in general) you have to be careful not to apply too much as it can become a little cakey. So I always go by the adage "less is more". I have attached a photo so you can see what the powder looks like on a bit of acne and acne scarring that I have. I'm not wearing concealer and the photo is unedited and unfiltered. It doesn't completely cover my scarring, but it does a good job at evening out my skin tone and masking the redness. I also don't think it made my acne spots look any worse than they already do, ha. It doesn't seem to emphasize dryness, but I do make sure to moisturize beforehand. It also didn't make me break out or irritate my skin. But everyone's skin is different, so what's okay for me might not be okay for you. Just make sure to check the ingredients. There's no added fragrance in this powder, HOWEVER, it does have a scent. I assume it's the smell of the ingredients. It's very mild and I personally find it pleasant. I can't smell it when it's on my face, only in the compact. But I thought I would mention it anyway. The other thing I want to mention is that when you put your brush in the compact it does have quite a bit of powdery kick-up, so be careful. The photos are of me, in natural light by a window, wearing the foundation. I don't think you can really tell that it's a bit too dark, though, either because of the camera or lighting or both. The other photo is a comparison between the Mineral Fusion foundation in Olive 1 (left) and (on the right) The All Natural Face Pressed Powder foundation in Olive Warm (their second lightest olive shade, which is closer to my actual skin tone, but can look a bit pasty because of the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide).Hope this was helpful to someone!

Fantastic Coverage!
I'm Asian with a fairly light complexion so from other Asian's recommendation on here, I purchased Warm 2. I suffer from mild skin inflammation where sections of my face turns red. I got tired of wearing a concealer then using a powder afterwards so I thought I'd give this product a try and I'm very glad I did.It provides remarkable coverage on its own. The photos speak for themselves. I have not doctored these pictures in any way, other than cut and put them in a collage. Top pictures are of before and bottom, after.I would recommend that you get a lighter (or darker) shade to give it some contoured look.Highly recommended.

Amazing! Retiring my Fenty
A friend recommended this powder to me after I noticed her skin looking so great that I suggested she’d had some work done on the sly. I ***LOVE*** this product. I’ve used designer mineral powders in the past but they always made my skin look chalky and flaky. On top of that, I’m half Filipino, and finding shade matches has always proved difficult. When Rihanna debuted Fenty I was super excited because Sephora was able to match it exactly to my tone, and provided a milky, even coverage that masked dark marks and redness. But over the course of a day, foundation oxidizes and by late afternoon, it looks redder than it did 10 hours earlier. This mineral powder provides coverage similar to Fenty and builds so smoothly that chalkiness is not a problem. It also doesn’t wear off after all day use nor does my skin get shiny as the day goes on. As long as their formula doesn’t change, I’ll be using this for a long, long time.

Excellent quality foundation
I have been using this foundation for several years. Depending on the season, I use Neutral 1 or Neutral 2. It is easy to apply (I use a mineral powder brush from Japonesque) and it lasts a long time. I prefer pressed powder over loose powder because it is easier to control the amount used and it is not as messy. The best features are the flattering shade, the buildable coverage while still feeling light on the skin, and the staying power. I put this on in the morning and it wears well throughout the day without the need to touch it up. It also doesn't irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin, and has just enough yellow pigment to hide any redness or blemishes like magic. I won't go back to using heavier liquid-based foundation. Excellent product!

Accurate color, clean, light coverage
Very pleased with this product. I would normally never buy make up I couldn't try the color of first but I was out and only buy "clean" makeup. Description was accurate for olive skin. It matches my skin exactly. I would say that it lightly evens skin tone. Don't expect it to have a heavy cover up. I prefer that type of makeup. I have it applied over a lotion base with nothing else. I choose to lightly roll a buki brush on the compact to apply because it will last much longer. Costs significantly less than in my local coop.

Holy grail for someone like me.
I've used this foundation for years. Unfortunately, it's so hard to find this brand in my city, and I'm very happy Amazon has started carrying it.Here's why:- I have oily skin. This foundation is a god-send for people with oily skin as it does not "schlick" off or look greasy when your oil starts to kick in like a liquid foundation would. In fact, throughout the day, this foundation manages to makes your skin look more radiant. I've used many liquid foundations that, even when paired with a loose or translucent powder at the end, go into my fine lines and make me look like I just rolled around in a barrel of oil for a couple hours. This foundation does not.- Easily blendable and buildable. I am not a makeup artist, and I just want something easy to apply. This makeup does not require techniques or skill. You just put it on wherever you feel. I have acne scars and hormonal acne, and all it takes for that extra coverage is a little extra dab of this foundation with a small brush on the problem area. I get compliments all the time on how beautiful and "clear" my skin looks while wearing this, even though I've struggled with adult acne for most of my life.- Non-comedogenic. This is the only foundation I've used that does not cause me to break out or clog my pores. I don't know how it works, but somehow it does.- Blends into your skin tone (for the shades that are available). For years, I've never been able to find a foundation that could match my skin tone. Every makeup artist and every makeup website has tried, and I always end up looking either too dark or too light. I have an olive skin tone made up of warm and cool tones, so it's hard to find a match. This foundation in the color warm 2 is the only tone of foundation I've found that completely matches my face. This is also true for my much darker mother, who uses one shade darker, and has found that this makeup somehow manages to change and blend into your natural skin tone.If any of those struggles apply to you, I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

Warm 2 and Warm 3 are much lighter than color guide photo
I use my kabuki brush and little to no kick back. All the colors are much lighter than the shade Guide. Buyer beware. I returned the Warm 3 and moved over to Olive 3. Much better for me. Lost 1 star due to highly inaccurate shade guide.

lightweight full coverage
I really like this product. It goes on nice and light and doesn't settle into fine lines. In spite of being so light, it gives amazing coverage where needed! It hides my adult acne and red spots with no problem. The only negative I can say is that the shades are lighter than they appear so go with one darker than you think you need. Great for ageing yet acne-prone skin!
