Had to change for a smaller size, much larger than the other glamorise front fastening bra, the return of item was a nightmare, printed the Hermes label on line stated it would be collected next working day 3 days later no collection, tried to contact Amazon on line internet blipped causing problems with login, next day requested phone call to my landline, said it was connected but phone did not ring x3. 9 days later Hermes collected, after Amazon had given me a refund, so all worked out in the end

I tried the bra on when it arrived and it fit great. I carefully washed it by hand so I could wear it with a particular outfit last weekend. Put it on and it looked good and was comfortable. I went out to my garage to get into the car to leave and happened to drop my keys. I bent over to pick them up and the plastic clasp broke! Not just came undone - but the part sewn into the bra snapped in two - no way to repair it. Luckily, I was still home so came in and changed, but wore this $40 bra for a total of maybe 30 minutes before it broke. I have now bought some replacement clasps (metal this time!) so hope to be able to continue to wear it once I have replaced the clasp. Nice bra but super disappointed in the clasp.

Great support and the straps don’t slide off the shoulders. Since there is only one clasp in the front, I was concerned about not being able to adjust the bra so I went up one size. Glad I did- although you can adjust the straps, going up one size seems like a good idea. Very happy with this bra.
