Good build quality and high value
Although this is a Chinese product, the quality seems to be high. Though it's early to determine (using it only a week) if it won't rust in the future. The blades seems to be durable and due to its long handle, it easy to cut with it. Cleaning it is not very easy, since it's large device. Disassembling the blade is inconvenient and I prefer to avoid it for cleaning purposes.

IT WORKS AS IT SHOULD.
I gave it a 5 star though the suction clasp, easy to use, Easy to clean are scaled down a bit. THE TOOL WORKS AS IT SHOULD. This thing is NOT going to fall apart on you. I bought the additional "Shoe-String" french fry cutting dye and all you should know is It wont be a light and easy one smooth swoop and wala type results. With the small shoe string fry add-on you have to give a series of JABS to cut through. Quite normal if you understand the science behind this. It's a tuff tool, worth the $$$

Makes great fries
This is a great product for making fries and sweet potato fries. The suction is great and it stays put. However, remember potatoes and sweet potatoes are hard so find a place to put this where it is lower to the ground so you can use your upper body more.

Love this!
I use this for sweet potatoes! I microwave them for 45-60 seconds and then put them in and cut them! I will say, if they are thick, it takes some muscle! I had my husband do the thicker ones! But it worked and made perfect fries! Would recommend
