fantastic
This is a powerful flavor secret! while great for pickling, it is a killer secret ingredient for sauces!!! I use it in my BBQ sauce... shhh, don't tell.. I will have to track you down now, ha ha. It adds the best tang and aroma to different kinds of sauces. It smells so mouthwatering while they cook. Best advice for a sauce: wrap a bit of spices in cheese cloth to make a ball 1 inch in diameter, tie it off and put in the pot, let it cook with your sauce for 2 hours or as long as your making the sauce.
