Good enough blades.
Bought these for a Wen scroll saw, and they seem to work fine (I’m a hobbyist, not a professional woodworker). I’ve done about a half dozen projects with these blades - they cut well and I’m getting very little breakage. Just watch out for globicular repositioning.

For the price not bad
Used on soft wood, pine, and one blade made it through the 20 mon project. Started to burn on the 2nd project because of dullness. For some reason seems to better on hard woods, used the same blade for over 3 hours of almost continued use

Seemed good at first, but break really fast.
Bought these on a whim, based on the price point. I usually buy my blades from Lowes and these were a lot more blade for the buck. They are sharp and cut easily, but boy do they break fast! For example, I cut a 40 hour piece, (26" x 32" out of 1/2" pine, red oak and cedar) with two ryobi brand blades from Lowes. No problem. I loaded up one of these to start with a fresh sharp blade on a new project, (9" x 7" x 1/2" cedar) and I broke four of these blades in two hours. No tight curves, easy pressure, but they just can't take it. At first, I figured, no big deal, they break kinda quick, but the price is really good. As fast as they break, it would end up costing more money to use these than to just buy the name brand blades. I will say that they are sharp and cut nicely before they break, so I suppose if you're not using your scroll saw for more than small, singular cuts, it may not be a bad idea, but if you're like me and you use your scroll saw for hours a day, this is not the product for you.
