Next I folded the bag at the top onto the mattress to make it snug and then inserted vacuum tube and started extracting air. It went faster than I imagined. As the air was beginning to be expelled, I started rolling the mattress into a roll. When I felt it was done I put straps around the mattress in three places and used them to help lift and move the rolled mattress. Mine was a foam mattress. It wasn’t hard I did this by myself and it was queen size. I am 5’2”, a helper would have been good while rolling up the mattress, but I did a great job. **Q: Can I put a twin box frame in this?** A: Yes you can . . but not both , it will either fit he mattress or the box frame, . . but yes, it will fit a box frame, and the plastic is very thick and durable. **Q: Can this be used to store a box spring?** A: Yes it can.
