If you are thinking about it, get it
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the cuteness factor. Needed a small trash can for my craft/work space. This is the 10 gallon, it's pretty small, but super sturdy. I added personal touches to it.

Small and Sturdy
I love these 10 gal trash cans. I have a grey one I got from Lowe’s (I believe) but haven’t found them in store for a while. Anyway, found them through amazon and like that they come in many colors. I got the white one and it’s a perfect size and well made. Use it in my wood shop…perfect! Handles are great but NO lid. The one I bought in store came with a lid.

Exactly what I wanted
Great construction, Great product, Great color selection. Exactly what I was hoping for when I bought it. Unfortunately, My measurements were off and the space I was intending to use it for. As a result, I had to return it. Sad because it was exactly what I wanted.

Perfect size

Good product, didn’t work for what I needed.
I was looking for something larger than a 5 gallon bucket to mix concrete in. The bottom is flat, so it didn’t work as I couldn’t get the mixer all the way in all parts of the bottom.I’ll use door a small trash can in my garage.

Pull Out the Measuring Tape
I looked at the measurements listed, but still missed the mark on what I was after. I recommend getting a good visual by opening an actual measuring tape to the dimensions listed for the size you THINK you need. I would have bought the next size up if I had done that. Rubbermaid is a great product though.

Durable
The lid is a little stiff & takes more effort to remove than I expected. Since there are not any latches to hold the lid on, I guess it needs to be stiff to help keep critters out when there is trash in it. I have had a 30 gallon Brute trash can for some years & this 10 gallon trash can looks like it will be just as durable.I use mine to keep grit for icy sidewalks. It is large enough that I can easily dig out the grit with my scooper/shaker, but is not big enough to be visually intrusive. I keep it on my front porch stoop behind a large flower pot, which is a little shorter than the container. The trash can is white, which helps it blend in with my light-colored house.
