The product is so good, working smoothly, i liked the mechanism of this product so much, the suction power is great, accurate and price is so reasonable. Easy to carry and use. Basically efficient product for both home care patients and hospital. I will recommend, it really helped us alot.

Very bad machine not working properly I have a regret of buying this product and i didn't get any help from customer service in return procedure within 2 days it stopped working in emergency I had to arrange another machine

Efficient for small clinics and home patient management.
Good sturdy quality. Not irritatingly loud, more quiet when kept on soft surface. Basically no noise issues. Suction power good and sufficient for minor surgical procedures, suction power more than sufficient for home patient management fir suctioning oral fluids or discharge. Machine and machine parts are of good quality. Hopefully Long term usage will be possible without any motor issues..

I ordered for my bedridden mother for oral suction of phlegmTo my disappointment, no suction catheter was given with the machine, I stay abroad and when I arrived ,I found to my dismay ,they couldn't assemble as no information on package insertI immediately assembled it and ordered for a catheterIm a medical professional, but at home people had no idea how to use it This is very disappointing that no instructions on package insert and no suction catheter how can a person without medical knowledge use it at home in case of emergency

Bought it for my mother who is bed ridden. Useful to clear throat accumulation, easy to operate and clean.Pressure adjustment knob is not well fit, slightly tilted and hard to rotate. But not a major concern as it need not be used frequently.
