This has been a HUGE help. It's HELPED A LOT with the horrendous cramps, bloating, and irritability.

I’ve been using it for over 3 years now, it is wonderful and works. I could see and feel the difference after first month of taking it. And I never had issues with packaging. My last order (I usually order 3 at once) - 2 bottles came broken. It is not a cheap product and I would like to receive it intact next time, please.

Definitely works as all the others have said. Respect to the natural herbal medicine. You have to give it time though like about 3 months to see real change. I couldn't go on birth control so this was my only option for my heavy bleeding and very painful cramps; after using this for half a year now, I still feel some decent pain on the first couple of days. Better than before. Its not going to solve your problems but it makes it better. Of course every body is different. In the beginning the first 3 months, on the first days my bleeding had a slower flow than usual (and it still does now) and fewer clots than usual (I had a lot and I still have a lot now) for a lot of sharp pain. I felt sooooo tired more than I usually do on my first days and almost nauseous and feverish. I do not thankfully feel that way anymore or else I wouldn't take these. Take these at a regular time for best results. Also see a doctor who actually cares about female health. Good luck~

I’ve been taking the menstrual care herbs along with mind care herbs by the same brand for 7 months . An absolute game changer! I can definitely tell when I haven’t taken the herbs. Took 2-4 weeks to notice improvements and 2-3 months for full effect. My anxiety has drastically improved. Well worth the monthly investment.

I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect or not, but my cramps aren’t as bad when I take these. I start taking them when I feel PMS symptoms. When taking these I don’t have to take pain medicine every few hours.

Maybe it works for some people, for me, it was an absolute nightmare. It was recommended to me by a PA I've been seeing at my doctor's office to help with some hormonal issues. I took the first "dose" Monday night, and by Tuesday morning I had a migraine. Now I am prone to hormone triggered migraines, and on a prevention medicine, but didn't put 2-and-2 together at first. I took the recommended dosage for several days, and had a migraine for 3 solid days. It finally dawned on me that this is supposed to do something naturally to your hormones, and perhaps what it was doing to mine was negative, and triggering a migraine. Surely enough, when I stopped taking it, within 12 hours my migraine was fading away. I haven't taken it since then, and no more headache. Now I spent money to cause myself 3 1/2 days of pain, and have a useless bottle of supplements left behind. So there's that too. Closing statement: I'd be very cautious taking this if you are prone to hormonal migraines.
