I Love This Dress!
I purchased this dress 12/2/16 - I'm 5'3", 170 lbs, 34D, Bust 41, Waist 35 and Hips 43. The hem line comes just below my knee. I ordered the Royal Blue. It's vibrant, gorgeous and appears just as it does online. The material is a little thinner than I would have wanted but comfortable. It's form fitting and a little tight in the bust. I probably should have gone up one size for a little more room. It flatters my curves and hides my stomach. This is a great versatile dress for work or casual wear. And at under $30.00, the price is great too.Update - 6/13/18 - After I wrote this review I gained an extra 7 lbs and I was unable to fit into the dress at all. I have since lost 30 lbs. I now weigh 147lbs. 34D, Bust 40, Waist 33, Hips 41. The dress is no longer tight but still appears fitted and it's very conformable. I bumped it up from 4 to 5 stars because I really like wearing this dress and I get a bunch of complements every time I have it on. I have dry cleaned it and I have machine washed it on a delicate, cold only cycle then line dried it. It has held up quite well. This is a very well made garment. It definitely needs ironing and wrinkles easily but I am not at all bothered by that. I usually wear it with a crinoline petticoat to give it more of a full look but it looks great without it. I plan on buying more colors. If you are on the fence just go ahead and and buy it. You will look great in this dress!

Gorgeous!!
I was very hesitant to buy this because I’ve had a lot of bad luck with plus sizes on Amazon. But this dress fits like a glove! I should say I would probably order a size up than you normally do but I am so in love with this. I’m definitely going to get other colors! The only thing that could make this dress if it had pockets.

A really pretty dress at a great value
I am very happy with this dress. I actually ordered three to try out different sizes/colors so I'll talk about all I learned in case it helps someone else to decide. The material is 95% cotton, 5% spandex, so it has a little stretch to it. I like the weight of the fabric. It's not too thin or sheer but was still okay for a summer party. The dress isn't lined, but in the darker colors, I don't think it's an issue. I always wear a slip anyway (this is advice to live by, ladies). The fabric wrinkles fairly easily but when I washed the dress and hung it up to dry, the wrinkles came right out. I did a little touch up ironing to make it perfect, but I could have gotten away without it. Of the dresses I ordered, I ended up keeping the "Leaves Flower" pattern, because I thought the pattern would help hide the wrinkles (the kind you get from sitting on the skirt) better. I also ordered the Army Green, which is a gorgeous shade of emerald green. It's actually one of my favorite colors but as I mentioned I ended up opting for a pattern this time.I'm about 5'5" and 155 lbs. and both a Medium and Large fit me. It kind of depends on how you like to wear your clothes. The M was snug around the waist (but not too tight) and the waistline sat a little higher on my torso than I think it is meant to (more of an empire seam) but overall I think the top had a slightly more tailored fit. The length was right below my knees, which is exactly where I like it. On the L, the waistline fell at my actual waist and I had a little more breathing room, but in exchange, there was a little gap between my neck/ shoulder blades and the zipper, so he top didn't look quite so tailored as it did on the M. It was also little longer- falling maybe an inch or two below my knees- which was fine, but I liked the length of the M a tiny bit better. However, I ended up erring on the side of comfort and I kept the larger size, which I'm glad I did. I don't think any of the sizing differences I mentioned made that much of a difference visually but I was much more comfortable with the extra breathing room in the waist, which is what is important. There are no belt loops on this dress, which I appreciated because I could not for the life of me figure out how to tie the sash into a nice bow, so I left it off. It looks really cute belted in other people's photos though, so hopefully some day I'll discover the secret to tying a neat bow.Of the 3 dresses I ordered, all were well constructed. I didn't have any issues with bad zippers, holes, dirt or anything. The stitching was good. The dress comes packaged in a nice, resealable bag. Overall, it's a much nicer dress than you might expect given the low price.

Super Cute & Fits Petite Girls
I am 5ft 3in. and about 97 pounds and it is very hard to find cloths that fit. This dress, however, looks great on me and is very cute. I got the XS and a petticoat skirt to go underneath it. The petticoat makes the dress just a little bit longer so it is more modest and gives it more of a party dressy feel. The only complaint I have is, being so petite, the top puckers out and looks a little big/baggy so I have to keep pulling the dress down so it doesn't bulge.Otherwise, I'd recommend this dress!

This is NOT a dress for girls who don’t have an hourglass shape
I have a 36” bust and a 33” waist, so I got an XL. It fit at the waist, actually even a little bit snug, but the bust was ENORMOUS. It was so big i could literally take a fist full of the loose fabric in front of my bra and fold it.Yes the measurements in their chart are fairly accurate for THIS dress. But at the same time, they use the same chart for other dresses that end up snug at the bust instead.Normally, when a dress fits my waist, the bust is just fine, and I can wear a size 12 and either a L or XL with no problems - 99% of the time the busts are perfect. But why are the busts for retro/vintage style dresses online so huge? I mean good lord I would have had to have DDs to fit into that bust. And it’s not just this company, I’ll be leaving a similar review for the other dress I bought from a different seller on Amazon. This fabric is so comfy and stretchy. But the small waist and huge bust is pretty unrealistic. Not all girls have hourglass proportions, people! How many girls actually have a 33” waist and a 42” bust?! And once again, the size chart IS accurate for this particular dress, even if it’s not always true for all of their dresses. But it’s also very unrealistic.Yes, i COULD get it altered, but the quality isn’t that great anyway, so it’s not really worth it. The fabric IS stretchy and comfortable though!

Beautiful Dress, but the size is a little different from chart.
I bought it for my wife. Unfortunately, it is too small for her. I thought it would fit based on the size chart. Her waist is like about an inch less than size chart. She tried it on and it was too tight or small. I wanted to order medium on this one because of material (95% cotton) and they no longer have medium available. I hope they will have some in medium soon.

It’s a dress you will love
It’s a very comfortable dress . I love it .But ……..I had to get the waist Altered to fit meproperly. It’s a very fitted waist . But the alterations I got done on it was perfectly done . Fits me well and very comfortable to wear . Wash in cold water only . Do Not put into the dryer! Only hang it up to dry . It will shrink if put into the dryer . It will not loose shape or fit when hang it to dry !!! It will if you put it into the dryer on warm heat !!!On cool damp dry , then it shouldn’t shrink at all. I would definitely buy these dresses again though!!!!😃 there beautiful and have some stretch to them which I love !! I own 2 of these and 3 more that are very similar to this style !!! I LOVE ❤️ These Styles ❤️❤️❤️❤️
