It does the job in securing ear phones. Clip to the shirt should be sturdier.

I'll be returning this item after writing the review and ordering another brand. The plastic clip broke after just a few days (less than a week's use). I looked at the parts of the broken clip and there's a small part that takes a lot of pressure, more than such a small piece of plastic can take. I am glad I didn't buy a 2-pack of these or I would soon have two broken clips, I'm sure. There as nothing about the plastic that looked like there was a fault in manufacturing of the clip, like a bubble in the plastic that would weaken the plastic. This is a great idea but poor implementation and poor design of the clip. The way the clip works seems backwards, too. Instead of pressing down on the clip with your thumb and finger to open the jaw of the clip, you have to pull apart the one side to get the jaw open, then you squeeze gently with your thumb and finger to close it. This is backwards to how an alligator (crocodile) clip works. I've never seen this sort of action on a clip. And try to do this behind your head. It's near impossible to work the clip. If the seller responds with a replacement and it performs better, I will update this review with more stars for customer service. It is possible this was one out of a thousand that fails to perform.

My husband lost several hearing aids prior to starting to use this clip. He has not lost a hearing aid since he started using this, thst is 3-4 years. The product is as described and easy to use. He does not put the clip on the back of his shirt collar. He places the clip inside the front of the shirt, that works fine. I do subscribe so that I have extra on hand. Sometimes they become a bit stretchy and a replacement is needed. For him his happens every 3-4 months. Highly recommend. Highly recommended.

Bought these for my 92 yo dad to keep track of his hearing aids. Putting covid masks on and off makes this a necessity. However, the clip (which you clip onto your clothes.) is impossible to work for my dad, too much manipulation for his clumsy big fingers. A basic alligator clip would be better.

I like it unfortunately it is too big . I use it so I do not lose my hearing aids at work but even adjusted as small as it goes it is too big and I have almost lost my hearing aide several times.
