The cover itself is super cute and looks nice! But the attached screen cover is cheap plastic and scratched up pretty quickly with normal use. I tried to remove it and use a glass screen protector with the case but the case does not fit the phone with a glass screen protector on it. :/ had to buy a new case.

Was excited to receive this but that was short lived. Could not figure out how to open the wrapped case without ruining it. Well, I finally opened it but the front screen cover became ruined in the process. The frame looks “pretty” but is a flimsy plastic copper and was a bit bent in taking out of packaging, but I guess I fixed that. The design for the back is attractive, but protective? I doubt it. Guess I’ll go look for an otter box case for strength and protection. This was a foolish purchase. I RARELY write a bad review. But this was warranted.

I am returning this product even though it seemed to be just what I wanted - but I was disappointed to find a weird catchphrase on the outside of the phone built into the design. Mine says “feel your glow from within” and the stock photos don’t include that. Instead, one of the stock photos shows verbiage on the case that says “be the fashion trend” or something along those lines, which I definitely thought was part of the original advertisement (not the phone case itself). I was looking only for a patterned phone case + screen protector combo. I didn’t try it on my actual phone because I wanted to return it in its original condition. Didn’t work out, this one—

I like this product, but it has some flaws. It has such a cute design, but it does not fit my iPhone 12 perfectly. The length and width are perfect, but the screen part of the case doesn't fit properly into the other part. So, for all you people out there looking for a perfect, durable well fit phone case. This one is not it. It's cute though. Just not perfectly built for dropping.

Just opened my new phone case straight from the mailbox, no dents on packaging or any other signs it had a rough delivery, and I noticed right away 2 spots where the plastic is cracked. One spot is on the rear camera plate, and the other is on the side button. Extremely unsatisfied, especially because I purchased this case after my original case, which has lasted me around 1 year, cracked (not the same product)..

Case is beautiful and I love it but don’t use it much because it is not protective for your phone at all. You might as well not have a case on. No durability and hard to keep plastic clean, plus doesn’t work well if you have a screen protector on your phone. Not worth it.

It was greatly packaged. However, I agree with the other reviews the screen has to wiped often. Other then that I don’t have a complaint.

The case is super cute but makes it difficult to type if you already have a screen protector. I tried it first without a glass screen protector on and had no trouble. Now that I have both the glass screen protector on my phone and the screen protector that’s built into the case, I have to force myself to type slower and harder so it picks everything up. No other real issues so I’ll likely just punch out the built in screen protector.
