Awesome watch value for money

It was a 24-hour analog watch (meaning it should show all 24 hours of the day on its face). I got the exact watch I ordered, it looks correct. But when I try to use it, the time is always one hour ahead of the real time, no matter how many times I set it. It's not working as either a 24-hour watch or a regular 12-hour watch. Pls don't buy it.

Rubber strap is very comfy but looks a little cheap when compared with watch but otherwise watch is really nice
