Fits Sony MDR-V150 perfectly!
The Black Color Replacement Ear Pad Cushions for Sony MDR-V150 fit perfectly! It took me a few minutes to figure out how to install the first one, but it was very easy to do the second one. They look great and feel comfortable. I bought mine from seller Ponkan. The package took over a month to arrive via China Post to USPS (ordered Apr. 19, arrived May 22), but my order was delivered within the time frame quoted at the time of purchase, so I'm satisfied. I hope they last a while, but at that price point I can always buy another pair!

Perfect fit and easy to install!
I was able to keep the original headphones out of the trash by getting this OEM quality pad set. You will be so happy you replaced the old ones! Mine were flaking into my ears, looked like nori (seaweed) had been crumbled up and tossed all over my desk before I replaced them. Wish I had found these sooner! A+++++++++

Perfect replacement pads for V150 headphones
I purchased these replacement earpads for my Sony MDR-V150 headphones a couple of weeks ago, and had not installed them because I "didn't have time". Two days ago, I installed them in a matter of 2-3 minutes, with almost no effort. They feel nice, look nice, and make me feel like I have new headphones. I can honestly say that I can't tell the difference between the original pads and these. A few months ago I had even considered trashing my V150s, but I'm glad I didn't. They are not expensive, but it's nice to save a few bucks.

Not quite right, but good enough.
If you aren't particular then these replacements are perfectly fine and I would recommend them. It's better than the flaky black mess from your old dying earpads. If you are particular and expect something similar to the original pads, avoid these. I found these to be noticeably shorter in diameter and far less cushioned. Not sure why I haven't seen many reviews stating this fact. I guess people are just happy the found replacements. Yes, they fit my MDR-V300's because the material is stretchy - I'm begrudgingly using them. Better than replacing perfectly functional headphones I suppose.

Decent Replacements, Easy to Install
These work fine, and with some patience and care are easy to install on the MDR-V150. The first one took me about 4 minutes because I was being extra careful and analytical, the second one about 15 seconds. They are a bit thinner and less cushy than the originals, but for the price I am happy. You could look online for genuine Sony replacements, but for the cost you could almost buy a new set of MDR-V150 headphones.

Half the original thickness-AVOID
I was very disappointed in these. As you can see in the phtot they are HALF the thickness of the original. The Sony mdr-v150 aren't exactly the pinnacle of comfort to start with but these made them even worse. At least there was some cushion to start with. The original had about a half inch of foam, these are maybe a quarter inch. Someone else had a review where they said these were too thick compared to the original. I had the exact opposite problem. Maybe Sony has made different thicknesses over the years? At any rate, the only good thing I can say is that they were easy to put on. They have made the headphones worse than the peeling old cushions that were on there.

Fits JVC HA-D525
These pads fit perfectly on JVC HA-D525 headphone. However, the thickness of the foam is slightly thinner than the original. The quality of the foam is soft.

Terrible for MDR-V150s, choose something else
Another reviewer pointed out the thickness of the cushioning being totally inadequate, and I add my voice to that. In the product description, dimensions are stated to be 6.99 x 6.99 x 1.27 cm, and product weight is stated to be 9.07 grams. What I received had a diameter of 7 cm, a thickness of 0.9 cm, and a weight of 5 grams. Of the 0.9 cm in overall thickness, 0.5 cm is the padding and its cladding, meaning that there is around 0.4 cm of padding missing compared to the product description. Arguably I only received half the padding I paid for. To corroborate that, I weighed the earpads, and they only weigh 5 grams (4 grams short compared to the product description), meaning there are 2 g of padding missing per side. I'm not sure if this is a production issue, but I'm very disappointed. Also, it took a long time to get these from China, due to the current situation, and that's a huge deterrent to asking for a refund. I hope the seller isn't taking advantage of the current situation to intentionally send me cheap or defective product. I'm not asking for much (clearly, since I'm using MDR-V150s...), all I want is good padding that doesn't shred into my ears and on my shirt, so I can listen for a while and not have to take a shower to get all the fuzz off...
