Q: How does garland attach to the wall?

You have to use your own method such as a push pin, tape, nail or hook. I leave a few holes open at each end of the strip to make attachment easier.

Q: Can I make this balloon garland 24 hours before the event and the balloons stay inflated?

These are just regular latex balloons, with the same properties as any other. Using an air pump, my balloons stayed inflated for more than 24 hours AFTER I created my garland, but there was some slight shrinkage in a few of them. It also depends on the environment they are in, room temp, sun exposure, etc.

Q: Is the picture just one kit?

Just the ballon, yes. It’s all comes in one kit. All the ballon and a long plastic roll that you very easily shove the blown up balloons into.. or you can cut the plastic piece you in two and have two mini arches
