I love this sign. It's made of beautiful materials and is flexible for so many things. My chief complaint is how hard it is to twist the letters off the brackets they come on AND to then get them securely into the board. The board is so tight that the letters don't stay very well. I ended up having my husband bring a little hammer out and help me hammer them in so they would stay put.

We got this one in prepration for our son's 2nd birthday and it turned out well. We took it in a local park and with the background being green with trees and his outfit was light baby blue with a bow tie. It turned out well and our son had no problem holding up the sign. This letterboard is so cute. It comes with the stand and it also has a sawtooth hanger attached to the back so you can easily hang on a wall as well. That is what I am going to do anyway – right in my entry hallway – with cute little messages and quotes. Versatile that way too – as then you can always remove and tote and use with you for a function or celebration or whatever. I am used to letterboards where the letters have two pegs, though, where they attach to two lines of felt. These letters just have one peg and attach to only one felt line. They seem secure, though – so I have no real issue.The hardest part was probably getting the letters off the plastic imprint sheets. I could not just bend or twist them off and instead I used a cat claw clipper to clip them out and then had to use a human nail clipper to clip off the bottoms as best as I could. The frame could easily be painted any color as well. You could probably do the same with the letters but you may just want to order different letters if you want a different color there.If you found my review helpful, why not click the “helpful” button. Comes with letters, made well and functional. No problems with letters stating in place, perfect size for my purposes.

This board is so cute all set up with my message. It is eye catching and very nicely made.
