It's a bit costly but considering the leaks I've solved with 'tape' (and recommended lap sealant )... amazing.25 yr old metal roof rv with years of rubber paint on roofing around leaky fridge vent was fixed successfully with this by first taping the flat roof area around the vent covering all tar/paste crap followed by taping over new tape and up fridge vent sides. A bit of lap sealant caulk and done.
