The massager I received does not go round the neck. It sits behind you against the area that need massaging and you have to trap it between you and the chair. I kept it as did not want the bother of returning it

I specifically chose the product because of the straps to be able to hold and adjust the massage to be in the right place. It doesn’t have these so very disappointed. Nothing like pictures.
