Great fixed blade knife
Great knife, razor sharp right out of the box. Excellent weight, finish. Handle has a great feel and is awesome looking too! The sheath is good but could be better. The belt loop should be tighter in my opinion but besides that it's a great knife!

Great nice for the price
I waited to do a review of this knife, as I initially purchased it as an occasional carry/use item. However recently, I started to daily carry it.The knife feels great in the hand. It's got a nice weight to it, despite being far more light than I had expected for being D2 tool steel. Which helps with how nicely it feels in hand, along side of the ergonomically shaped hand grip.I have not sharpened mine yet, and it is razor sharp right out of the box. Beings I haven't used the knife a lot, I'm unsure of how well it will retain its edge. But I will update this review as time goes on and it's use is well under way.As far as design, it's an attractive knife. A lot of the guys I work with want it. I like the versatile sheath that very nicely secures the knife. Just wish it has a little more options for how it can be carried. It's super nice ad it holds the knife close to the body and very securely. Both crucial for a daily carry knife. So overall so far- it's a dang good knife at a dang good price. I highly recommend it if you want something tough, comfortable, and great for a daily carry and use knife. After I use mine more, I will update the review and adjust star rating accordingly. For now, I'm giving it 5 stars. But that may change over time.

Great besides the scales
I'm giving this knife 4 stars but some would probably give less. The D2 is done right with temper and heat treatment. Grinds are even and knife is straight razor sharp and it's a good size working knife. Sheath is ok but I really don't base my reviews on the sheath. So why would most people give a lower star rating it's because the scales are warped and not good and loose. You can see light where scales meet the tang. I removed the scales and made new ones And made a new leather sheath. I know how to but most people don't and would probably be upset with a new knife that needed it. So I still give it 4 stars because the D2 is really good and tempered right. After I got done it's a great knife and I'm happy. Even though it turned into a project knife.

Quality knife/knives. Nice sheaths for belt carry.
I'm reviewing both the Aubey A-D2 (ASIN# B0969WMW77) and the C-D2 (ASIN# B09W5GKZFS) knives. These are excellent knives at a good price that I would happily use any day and I'm sure they would be a great choice for all purposes listed in the description and more. It's obvious that quality and function was well thought out from the materials chosen all the way to shipping. I have zero complaints about these knives but unfortunately, after trying them I've realized that I will have to return them. They are simply not right for my current specific need, which is a slightly smaller, discreet fixed blade to fit in my front pocket next to my phone to use for daily tasks, work etc. I love the look of the mirror polish on the A-D2 knife with the orange/ brown handle but I can't carry it every day. I've noticed that it can get peoples attention and make them uncomfortable to see a shiny blade even if you're just using it to cut a loose string from your pants. Note: the sheaths for these two knives are not interchangeable. The sheath that comes with the black blade retains the blade with the leather button strap around the finger guard. The sheath with the polished blade does not have a finger guard, it retains the blade with a friction fit. If someone wanted to carry it in their pocket I would consider wrapping it with a rubber material like what is used to keep area rugs from slipping, that would keep the sheath in your pocket while you draw the knife. I tried, it worked.

Thick and durable.
I was very surprised of the quality. For such a cheap knife, I wasn’t expecting this. I’ll have to use it for a while before I can talk about the blade edge retention but my initial thought is, this is a very good knife, specially for the price. The leather with it, is very nice as well.

Nice knife for the value!
Nice knife weight, balance, and fairly sharp right out of the box. The magnetic sheath feature prevents it from coming out and the clip is very sturdy.

It's sharp as hell
Im giving this knife 3 stars... 2 reasons 1. Smaller than advertised 2. The sheath fit isn't secure enough... Other than that I like it it's a wee Stout knife

Awesome
Awesome for whatever you may need it for. Came super sharp, sheath fits snug horizontally in small of back...I'm very happy with purchase 😀 The strap is just a phone case strap that works great for it. The pic you see here is for horizontal carry, easily vertical adjustment with 2 screws.
