It did burn the bread and cut off our electricity

Our toaster broke so needed one fast! This marched our kettle so we went for it. Toasts very fast. Slightly bigger than our old one which is good. Sounds a bit tinny when it pops up the toast but performance matters more of course and it toasts well and fairly evenly (never going to be perfect as most bread is variable in thickness and even slicing).

Had same model before and it lasted for years

Although, in my situation I find the short lead much easier for compact storingOverall, I am very pleased with this toaster after much searching and comparing for about two weeks. I am happy that I didn’t spend anymore than €35 euro on a toaster like nothing is perfect and if your looking for a problem you sure will find one therefore hate yourself less and go with a budget toaster
