Nice higher quality Sherry Vinegar
All good, no complaints...EXCEPT... it may have been in the bottle too long. Opening the top I could tell it had turned to vinegar! Which does pose the question, "Does vinegar turn to vinegar when vinegar goes bad?".

It’s pretty acidic for a sherry vinegar
At 8% it’s pretty acidic. I add water to it when I use it in a vinaigrette. The earthy, sweet, complex notes are there but the high acidity makes it hard to reach them.

Bottle received broken!
The cap on the bottle was received shattered with vinegar leaking all over and the glass rim on the bottle broken. Can I get this replaced???
