This is a pleasant body wash, because that's what I received, twice, when requesting hand soap with a pump.So, I swapped out the cap with the pump from another Crabtree and Evelyn liquid soap bottleWorks fine.

Hand soap has creamy lather and moisturizes.

Fabulous smell and leaves your hands super soft!!

The bottle arrived damaged. There was a lot of wrap around the pump, indicating to me it was sent as damaged. The wrap was not a factory wrap. It was haphazardly wrapped I guess to stop it from leaking The pump is cracked and the soap leaked out onto the bottle. Sad as this was for a gift.

As expected

I developed a ridiculously bad allergy from this within second or third time of use. My hands get so itchy and irritated I had to discontinue immediately. It’s a shame because I love CT&E products so much. Can’t return it because there are no amazon lockers near by.

I thought the scent would be richer. It is not. It just smells soapy. Nothing special. It is ok. I would not buy again.
