DO NOT be afraid of the taste. It's quite good.
Very tasty and didn't interfere too much with other flavors. I added it to some canned chicken noodle soup and it tasted a little different, but still very good. Glad to have this product as apart of my "high protein" special diet arsenal. I'm a chemically sensitive person, so can't have artificial color, flavor or preservative; this met that health/safety concern. Wish the jugs were thinner, making the cap smaller to grip -- or some easier way to unscrew the cap. I needed assistance with that. High value for the money.

Great tasting, wonderful way to add more protein into your diet
Nice to have another easy way to add some protein that is not a whey shake. Really like the flavor and if you don't mind the extra salt it adds this should be in everyone's pantry that is trying to up the amount of protein they consume. I am taking one star off though because it is hard mix in properly. If you dont mix it in slowly and thoroughly then I find it will stay clumped together in a fuse into a hard gross goey ball. You should also note that the serving size is two scoops not just one.

Excellent quality bone broth powder!
Exactly what I was looking for! It has a fairly neutral taste that mixes well into other things for added nutrients and protein. My favorite treat is to make bone broth hot chocolate with a high quality hot chocolate mix. I used a frother to blend the bone broth powder, hot chocolate mix, and hot water together, and I had no clumps or issues with it blending. So good! This bone broth powder is now a permanent staple in my kitchen.

Overall not good
Updated review 3/22/22: we ended up sprinkling the powder over our dog's food. I could not finish it. It does not blend at all, just foams up in a shaker and stirring does not work at all. Went back to my other brand. The flavor is very bland. I could possibly manage to get over that if the ease of use was good. Having to shake or blend it is not user-friendly especially when taking to work. It says beef bone broth but tastes more like chicken….not tasty. It is not eligible for return so I will finish the can but will not be buying it again.

Be Creative & Patient w/ this Protein Powder & You Might Enjoy It
First, this is a protein powder. Don't buy this thinking it's a broth or bouillon. It's a good substitute for whey or plant-based protein powders if they upset your stomach. You'll have to work at getting the powder to break down because, as everyone had already said, it seriously clumps and WILL foam in a blender or blender bottle. I suggest boiling water, blending, letting it rest to reduce the foam, then reheating a bit of you like a hot mug. For cold water, just blend and rest (might be a bit longer to decrease). Stirring will take you forever and the clumps stick to the sides of everything. The taste is bland but faintly brothy. You can add a bit of sea salt, soy sauce, and/or chili oil to add a bit of character as I've found those things help the flavor a lot. I haven't experimented with anything else but if you take a "soup base" mentality without going overboard on sodium, you'll be fine.

Excellent mix as well and creamy taste
This is my fourth purchase. I put two scoops in my hot coffee with 1 tablespoon of shaved organic cocoa butter and 1 teaspoon of MCT oil. I put it in my ninja and blend it at high speed and then put it in my hot thermos. I can’t live without this to start my day. My chiropractor had recommended this brand to me.

clumpy and tastes bad
I used this in soup, also tried to drink a hot mugful. The taste is terrible. It ruins everything I put it into. also, it does not dissolve well, no matter what there are dusty clumps floating around. I used a blender, too and it frothed up so much it was inedible. The price is not bad - it is loaded with nutrients. I just don't know what I'm going to do with all of this stuff. The soup I tried it in was chicken based. Maybe if I make a beef broth soup it will blend in better? I have to try. I hate wasting food.
