I've purchased it a few times now. It has just enough spice and sweetness for me. My only qualm is that I wish this item was cheaper! The serving size is small, so I usually eat 2 packs at a sitting, making the price $7 a meal. I did try the Rose flavor and I extremely disliked it. It's sickly sweet and that's the dominating flavor. I do not recommend.
