Doesn't Fit Cats- Dont waste your money.
I have no idea why they show a picture of this with a cat because this wouldn't even fit a mutanly large cat. Medium dog maybe. If you are looking for a costume for your cat, do not waste your money. It will not fit. And not eligible for return. Very disappointed.

Works for small dogs too!
I bought these horns for my dog who is small. They were a little big but I tied a knot on the bottom and it worked. I only wanted them for some pictures for Halloween so they were perfect, they wouldn't fall off.
