Does exactly what it says.........keeps hot drinks hot for hours........ Fantastic item.

This is one of my husband's Christmas presents, the quality is good and the mug looks very attractive

This is such a pretty mug, and it keeps hot liquids hot for quite some time. It's easy to hold and, if tipped over, doesn't spill everywhere. Unfortunately, the way the lid is designed keeps the liquid from leaving it a little too well. Sometimes if the mug is full, it will not pour out water easily because the surface tension is enough to hold it back. This means that if you want a small sip of hot coffee, and you tip the mug enough to break the surface tension, you may get a full mouthful of scalding hot coffee without warning. I've burned my mouth a throat a couple of times now before figuring out that I need to make sure that it's a drinkable temperature by adding a bit of cold water to my drink.

Got this for my mum, she struggles to drink her tea and it ends up getting cold. We weren’t sure if she would use it but was so surprised as this is her go to cup now. She gets to drink a hot cup of tea from start to finish

I love my mug, keeps drinks really hot for ages. BUT the lid is hard to clean. I can get the bit off that slides, but it’s the silicon bits that are awful. I’d buy another lid if I could get one. It’s got to be bad for your health. The photos above show what it gets like, and I try and clean it every day. I take it apart, even scrub it. Would the company and the people in charge want to drink out of it? Because I don’t. I would love for them to get in touch with me. Please?

The thermal mug is brilliant . The only problem are the lid is subject to cracking also unable to clean under the seal slide. But still works perfectly.

Works well to keep my drink warm and feels like good quality. Give a while before I had the lid on my hot drink, so I didn't have a suction issue of taking off the lid. However, do be careful when sipping on your hot drink, cause I had times when my drink would be stuck due to the pressure and small opening that when it comes out it was too much when its still too hot. Still a great buy, totally recommend!

These are my new favorite mugs - I like that they’re stainless steel instead of aluminum, and the non-slip bottom is an added benefit. We got two swirl design mugs, and they are beautiful - the design varies slightly from mug to mug, no two are alike. The top fits snugly, and the cups do a good job of keeping hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold.

Très jolie tasse très agréable mais je crois que j'ai un soucis le couvercle n'est pas étanche du coup sa se renversé dans mon sac si elle n'est pas bien droit dans le sac ou juste en portant mon sac je retrouve des gouttes sur la tasse et dans le sac.... vraiment dommage
