The book is published upside down..
So, it looks like all the content is inside the book, but it was published upside down. Literally, you'll like a crazy person reading this in the library. It's a rental, should be OK and it seems like a solid enough text book. But again, these books are a fortune and really way too expensive.

Informative and helpful
As a professional stills photographer that moved into documentary style video work some years ago, I have found this book very helpful. Theory and principles are well explained with relevant illustrations. This is great when implementing the strategies to one's own real world work. This book should also be helpful for those who want to learn more about how we read and interpret information from video productions. Not the best book for those who are looking for a quick fix with little effort and training, I would say, but highly recommended for those who are serious about their medium and want to improve their video production skills.
