I love this whitener. I had been buying the more expensive well known brand for awhile and came across this. The fact that it has the red and blue light is my favorite part! It is so much less expensive then the brand I was buying before, and works just as well. I have very sensitive teeth so I haven't used the serum yet, just the device. I still use the sensitive brand from the well known company but I use this device instead. Gave the whitening serum to my friend and he said its great. This is easy to charge with the included cord, I use it about 4 sessions before a new charge is needed. There is an auto off after 10 minutes too. Affordable and it works!

I get my teeth done at the dental office but,I like to maintain the color at home and this helps and it's simple to use. Just be careful not to get the gel on anything because it will stain.

I was looking for an at-home teeth whitening kit for my teeth that have yellowed over time. The active ingredient in the whitening gel, 35% carbamide peroxide is the same active and strength as the home use gel we used to sell in the dental office. This one goes a step further with the LED mouthpiece with built- in timer for a quicker treatment time. I like the gel applicator that makes precise application to the teeth possible, minimizing contact with the gums and preventing irritatation. I got excellent results: 2+ shades of lightening after 5 days of use 1X per day. I have recomended this product to my family.

I purchased this teeth whitening kit in March. I used it as instructed and my teeth did get whiter but now, in June, the mouth peice does not work anymore. From the beginning there was a problem with the mouth piece charging but it still worked so I didn't think anything of it. Now, it won't turn on no matter how long I charge it. This is very unfortunate. I really liked this product until it stopped working.

A great product while it worked, but the touch button to turn it on / change modes stopped responding after a week. I'm reordering a model with a push button, wish me luck!

I bought this product because I hate using whitening strips and figured this was worth a try. I have sensitive teeth and was nervous about this irritating them, but surprisingly, I have no sensitivity. This product actually works, and I noticed a difference after using it about 3 times. I love that this one has the option of blue, red or a combination red/blue.After using it for a week twice a day, I still had 0 sensitivity and saw that it definitely whitened my teeth a lot more compared to when I used whitening strips.The company of this brand is amazing as well. I reached out to them by email, and they responded super quickly.

I've been using this project on average once a day since I bought it in December. My teeth are 6 shades whiter since I started. I still have one full pen left. Even though it took longer to whiten my teeth than I initially thought, I don't have any bad side effects of sensitivity or discomfort. Also, teeth aren't paper white, but they look naturally white. I'm am overall satisfied. My dentist noticed a strong contrast between the color of the front and back of my teeth since using. It's something that I maintain almost daily but it is easy and worth it.

Some days I have terribly sensitive teeth due to heavy nighttime grinding, on those days I don't use this product at all. On the other day, I self-evaluate then choose when and how I whiten my teeth. I have noticed that 1) HOVERING MY TEETH above the tray or 2) GENTLY HOLDING the tray between my teeth greatly reduces/eliminates any soreness/inflammation from the process. I also use the RED/BLUE option (which is a half dose) on days that I think I will have preexisting inflammation from nighttime grinding. On days where I my teeth feel fine, I use the FULL BLUE light. Both settings work but the full blue followed by the full red does produce the best results. The red/blue is like a maintenance setting for me. To prepare for the treatment, I wipe then extra saliva off my teeth, then afterwards,I don't brush my teeth for thirty minutes after using the light. I'm not sure why but the little bit of extra chemical on the teeth time makes a difference. This product is great BUT if you grind at night and have sore teeth in the morning, put some thought into how your teeth feel - BEFORE you do a treatment - EVERY SINGLE TIME.

To be completely honest, I did not expect this kit to work at all. I had previously purchased another kit from the same company, but I saw no results within the first four days of application. However, this has been a notable exception. This kit works, and it works fantastically! The first application yields results almost immediately. The application cycles last 16 minutes, but I leave mine in my mouth for up to two cycles, resulting in a total application time of 32 minutes, which I'm not sure is a significant difference. However, I am currently on my third day of applying the product twice a day, and I can confidently say that I am nearly finished with color one, which is pearl white. If you're not sure what to buy, you must get this because it really works! There is no sensitivity after use; the application is simple, unlike other devices; the UV lamp is rechargeable, so you don't have to worry about finding a battery; and the whitening pencils are very user-friendly and easy to apply. Believe me, everything about this kit is excellent and works! And when you consider the price, it is the whole package.

I used the full package and it made a huge difference. Teeth were yellowed from daily coffee and this brought it back to a nice white. You can just basically stop using it when you think you have the right tone of white.My ONLY hesitation is that I'm not really sure the chemicals in here are safe and approved. We're putting it right into our mouths, and it's hard not to swallow a bit when doing this.

Despite what other reviewers, who have also had defective lights, say about great customer service we have had no response from the seller. Simply put we got a defective product and it’s our tough luck to have paid for crap. Save yourself the money and shop elsewhere. Although I contacted the seller have had no reply…it’s been three business days!UPDATE. The seller did reply and I bought a second unit then they refunded the second unit… but it was half the price I initially paid - seemed to go on sale … ? …hmmm…. So I still paid $60 cdn initially. I uploaded a photo, used it twelve times without the light (cuz it wont work) over a period of 7 days and I did see some lightening but not bright white or anything. Maybe once the potentially (I am skeptical) new functional light arrives I will get better results. I do have a dry mouth and I also pack my gums with tightly rolled up paper towel so my teeth stay dry for the 16 minutes. Meh, kinda expected better/faster results. Hope my experience helps you to decide…I upped my rating from 1 to 3 cuz I have seen some positive results without my highly sensitive gums being sore.

I am seeing all of these great reviews and I really don’t get the hype. The electronics on this are so subpar. I thought it was a glitch because this is the second one I bought. The first one, the touch sensor didn’t work properly.. I’d really have to, play around with it for five minutes to get the blue light that I wanted for teeth whitening. Also, the cord broke within two weeks.I thought this was just a fluke. Just one off. So I got a second one. Well this one will not activate unless it’s plugged in. Once again, a problem with the electronics. Just save your money with this garbage and go to the drugstore and get the crest whitening strips or what not. I’m really concerned that it’s going to blow up in my mouth.
