There were even a few times I tested in the low single digits. I started supplementing D3 through various different brands (in gel cap form). Although this did help to a degree - I would still test in the slightly below normal to lower end of normal range. I decided to try something different & picked up a bottle of Natrol Vitamin D3 (fast dissolvable flavored tablets). I just stick one of these pleasant tasting tablets under my tongue - & it dissolves completely in a few short minutes - (it taste like candy). Was on this for just a few months - & when I blood tested again - my D3 levels were practically maxed out with-in the high end of normal range - & I've maintained those same D levels on subsequent test going forward.
