This pest-repelling device is like magic. My house is very old, which unfortunately makes it attractive to all sorts of bugs. With a young child at home, I didn't want to use a lot of toxic bug sprays to get rid of them. After plugging this device in (which was very simple to set up!), I saw a drastic reduction in the number of bugs in my in less than a week. Sorcery. The device is not very large and unobtrusive, perfect for small homes. I don't hear the ultrasonic frequency, so I forget this is even set up at times if it weren't for the fact that i'm not seeing new bugs in my home everyday anymore!

Noise in video is louder than in person, the mic is capable of picking up higher frequencies than your ears. The clicking is the device in chaotic mode. I called this company to ask them how to best use this to eliminate roaches, it worked. Since plugin no more roaches. Unfortunately after some time the unit started making noise in my audible range, I decided to call to ask if this was a variation in the program ment to stop pests from adapting or why it would suddenly be in my audible range, they informed me the unit had stopped working and sent a free replacement....i must note even though it got annoying it was still working and was less annoying than roaches and i still havent seen them since plugging this in!! Regardless i have anew one now that i only hear when im next to it or its in chaotic mode cuz the electrical switch (contactor) in the unit is changing modes this is normal for this component and like the defrost timer in your fridge im sure you will forget all about it..and you can always leave it in full power to prevent this component from being needed, but now i have some of you wondering though so go ahead: sit next to your fridge and wait to hear the ticking if the defrost cycle timer, yes your fridge ticks like that more or less all the time. Back to the pest control this thing works, this company is awesome and i would absolutely buy from this company again.

I bought two for 1270 sg ft house with attic ht tall enough to stand end from end to end. I had discovered that I had bats in my attic from a neighbor with the same problem. I was shown the brown staining from their fur when they enter through the louvers and had seen droppings on the ground below while mowing and did not know what it was. One evening I saw one fly out. I had heard from other neighbors who had experienced the problem and cost to get rid of them was too high over a 1000.00 for me. On doing some research on the habitats of bats I waited to employ them early this spring. Bats do not like the cold and the left on their own doing the winter. I finally got up enough nerve to go up into my attic. They were not and had not been inside there. I found that their was a screen right behind the slats of the louver to prevent them. I felt relief that their was a barricade. I would not have to replace the insulation and hazmat cleanup. The amount of waste was enormous pile between the louver and screen. In April their was three bats clinging to the screen. Two was asleep and the other was annoyed at me and crawling around. I placed a piece of scrap board on top of the insulation and placed the unit on top of it facing the bats. On the eighth day per instruction to change the setting, their was one bat. The next week there was none. Last week I sent my grandson to check and he did not see any. Last evening I was working in my yard just after sunset I counted 15 coming out one after the other. It do not work. Save your money and apply to the experts.

I have 2 cats. One cat could care less where the device is plugged in. My other cat is terrified and won’t go in any room the device is located. It’s only this device—-we’ve ruled out everything else bc nothing new was added to the room where we put it first. As soon as we moved it, he went back to that room after a day or so. So be cautious.

Well, so far - so good. I enjoy hearing the crickets more than that of tge high pitched squeaks of them annoying rats. So easy to set up and different frequencies for targeted pests. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed they don't come back. Brings me joy that this device is safe for the dogs. So it's been working and doing what it's supposed to do. Just plug it into an outlet and have patience as it may take some time to fully perform.
