Houghton Hams British Sliced Pastrami, 80g

Tastes like ham should. I had mine in a proper French baguette with thick butter and it was lush. I’d happily serve this in a ham salad on a hot day or ham egg and chips , it’s good enough to be more than a sandwich filler.

Tasty but the pack needs double or triple the amount tbh

Initial purchase resultef in probably the nicest tender pastrami I have ever tasted. Ordered more on the strength of it and was really disappointed. Thick and tough nothing like the first pack. I realise meat is a variable product but it was sliced too thickly and lacked flavour. Other producers can make consistent quality pastrami so why not this company? Even more disappointing when you are paying a premium price for a mediocre product. Or a product of variable standard. It's a real shame as I love supporting family businesses but this isn't always worth the extra cost

Especially in a salad sandwich

Tasted kinda ok but it's nothing like any other pastrami I've ever had.It was cheap at the time so ok but wouldn't buy it again.

I absolutely love this pastrami. Delicious with cornichon, gorgonzola cheese and pickles. A beauty.

i bought this expecting to get more than 2 measly slices in the packet. not worth the extortionate amount of money being asked for at all
