Bought it for my 7 year old. She managed to read most of it without us. It's helped her a lot in being to identify when she's stuck in a bad thought process and given her some of the tools to manage on her own or come get us if she can't. Highly recommend.

This book is perfect for children! Mine is 9 and we read half of it together today. I think it is written well and with this age group in mind. The activities are thought provoking and it is a great step in the right direction without being too much of a self help book. Perfect!
