This jacket is great to work out in. It is a bit cropped so be mindful of that. It is stretchy and feels weightless while simultaneously feeling like a bit of compression. Get your regular size if you want it to fit snug onto your skin. You’ll forget that you even have it on.

The sleeves are cuffed like a sweater & the material is not cotton like I would like it to be.
