What a read! Great book, great author. You won’t be disappointed
I have really enjoyed reading this as I did the first book. Great storyline and I can really identify with the characters and a very interesting plot makes this a terrific read. Was lucky to get this posted out a few days before release and finished it yesterday. Couldn’t put it downThe author works and campaigns tirelessly for a number of charities which is reflected by her being an ambassador for children’s charity Kidscape and is a patron of domestic abuse unit Trevi House. On top of all that she is just about to open Torbay first women’s centre for domestic abuse victims - what a lady! What confuses me somewhat here though reading the reviews is that this book was released less than 24 hours ago and in that time many ‘people’ on here (people who say here they hated the first book) have managed to buy the second, or been given it as a ‘present’, binge read the entire book in less than half a day and leave a negative, nasty horrible review.I really don’t think it takes a lot to work out peoples agenda here, exactly the same as they’ve done on so many other influencers review columns who have succeeded by writing books. This negativity is nothing to do with Rachaele, her fantastic second best selling book or the storyline. It’s everything to do with the bitter, twisted trolls who have set out to write these negative reviews. I mean stating you hated the first book to then read the second book within hours of it being released. These are some ‘special people’ with very unfulfilled personal lives. What a shame they haven’t succeeded because as usual she’s carrying on regardless on her social media channels and it’s clear the love outweighs the hate.I really hope you all get the help you desperately need, and I pray you’re not in charge of raising our future generations or we’re doomed. You are failing in your life - it’s not too late too change

A wonderful book filled with everyday choas
Wow! I loved this book. It made my life feel very normal! It was great to see that it’s not only me who struggles juggling full time work, children, step children, partners, family, social life’s ect ect. It’s easy to read and I even woke up early before my kids to finish it in peace! There are lots of great storylines in there. It actually taught me lots of things myself after also leaving a relationship due to DV. I experienced lots of things written in the book and it actually helped me to realise why I stayed so long. It spreads awareness of DV which I think is still very much needed.I’ve followed Rach and her family for years on Instagram. I love her informal style of writing and the phrases that she uses in real life and in her books. I did imagine her family as the characters they are very similar but I don’t think this is a bad thing. It brought the story to life.I can’t wait to read the next one. Keep them coming!

It was a good read.
Overall it is a good read, however there are some areas where the proof reading has failed the book as parts of the main characters life are missed out such as her marriage, one minute he’s her boyfriend then suddenly husband with no description of the wedding. Another error is the age of the character who was apparently studying her 2nd year at uni yet was only 19 when that year was finished and not 20? Uni doesn’t start until 18 so that didn’t fit. It started off great then did seem to become a lazy write as was in a diary format, I felt like there could be more to it but then it became more interesting towards the end although ended abruptly with so many questions….maybe this is for the sequel book who knows, but if it is then I probably wouldn’t buy it but that’s my personal opinion as I can’t see where else the story could go but I could be wrong. Overall though it is a good read and keeps you wanting to read it and for the authors first fiction book it is very good. Well done PTWM.

Another amazing read by the lovely Rachaele
Wow, tears, laughter, happiness, surprise...... and a giggle at the knowledge that the ex is kniwn as knob, so is mine! Even my kids call him that haha . It made my day. Rache, my sweet, you pulled it out of the bag again . What a brilliant read! Couldnt put it down. It brought so many memories, good and bad, and reminded me how strong I became and how strong I still am. Thankyou 😘

The best book written by the best author!
After reading her first book going through a difficult time in my life I knew I had to pre-order this book and already knew I would love it!Not being a book person myself I have found it hard not to put the book down. Such a deep meaning into life and the actual reality of what happens in other peoples lifes that you're not always aware of. I would and have already 100% recommended this book to all my friends and family! The other reviews are just pointless and nasty, if you don't like this type of book simply don't read it, if you didn't like it half way through, don't carry on reading. The book is definitely not short if you have a life and children to look after.I think part of the moral of the story is always be kind to people as you never know what other people are dealing with and having to go through. Be kids always.Thankyou Rachaele Hambleton for being such an inspirational person and writing the best books!
