I make mine slightly different for one person I use 2 to 3 packets Mix tea leaf in juice of 1 lemon, dash of salt, chopped tomatoe, grated garlic. Add 1/2 avocado cubed, handful of chopped bean sprouts, mix well then add packets of crispy bits, Mix well. Serve wedges/full leaves of ice cold Iceburg lettuce, and peeled thick sliced cucumbers on the side for dipping/scooping salad. EVERYONE loves it this way. Warning highly addictive and does have caffine so if you are sensitive be aware.
