Great product!

So my son (23) has had insomnia since he was about 6. We’ve tried everything from modern medicine to VARIOUS natural medicines to no avail UNTIL he came across a video on YouTube of a guy w his same sleeping problems. Bought this, along w 4 other supplements and now he’s about 90% better thank God!!! Besides magnesium he takes:Life Extension Glycine 1000 mgNatures Trove L-Theanine 200mgEvolution Nutrition Apigenin 50 mgHe also took sweet tart cherry juice but the first time he ran out of it he realized he didn’t need it as long as he took the above. It’s been several months he’s been taking these supplements so it’s not like he’s only taken them a few days. It’s been around 6 months. A couple weeks ago he noticed they weren’t as potent but then realized he needs to exercise at least 2-3 times a week to feel better. Take the dosage recommended on the bottle. Btw, the L-Theanine is the best for brain overstimulation. Hope this cocktail works for you!!

My husband got this for us a few months ago and I can definitely tell a difference in product then other ones, it makes you feel more relaxed and I truly feel like I sleep better at night. I feel like I can get up easier in the mornings and I don't feel tired. I take 1 around 8pm and I feel comfortable by 8:30 and then go to sleep. I have recommended this to my mom that takes prescription sleeping pills and she says she like it too.

Trabajo con Eventos y es agotador, no estaba durmiendo bien en las noches y tenías calambres en mi mano derecha. Consulté los beneficios del Magnesio para estos fines, compré esta marca por recomendación de una amiga, tengo poco consumiendolo pero he visto algunos cambios, me duermo mas relajada, no tengo calambres en mis manos. Sentí una diferencia notable aunque nada escandaloso, una leve mejoría. Dejé de tomarla porque me daba calambre en la mano y el pie y un poco de adormecimiento en esas áreas y únicamente tomaba esas pastillas una sola al día a modo de prueba. Las hubiese seguido tomando sino fuese por el calambre.

Nice to actually receive it this time! The last time it was over a week late and I had to contact the seller for a refund. I want to subscribe to this, but I’m cautious because of the lack of consistency in delivery. The product seems to be working well so far And will continue using it as long as I can.
