Can i send this set as a gift?

These are knock-offs. I am disappointed and surprised Amazon is selling them. If the person you are sending them to are already familiar with Parker pens, they will be sorely disappointed. Not worth the money.

are the pens from the UK or India?

They’re made in India. The pens made in US/UK are vintage and the pens made in France are the official ones for sale in the west.

There were 3 in the pack. All came in different packaging and all three worked great.
