I live in a house with a few other roommates, and had a friend in the middle of a big life changing situation move into our living room as they went through the housing search process. While I adore this friend, she smokes and I am extremely sensitive to the smell. (Note: she does not smoke in the house but outside on the back patio)I ordered this Odor Genie out of desperation one night after I had been sick because of the smell. I was worried it would turn out to be an impulse purchase but it has worked wonders! I have it in my room hiding behind some decor on a shelf and you can’t even see it but the smell has disappeared from my room. Yay!

This works great. I work in an auto shop and my after work smell tends to stay in the car. I shampoo my carpet once a quarter and have re shampooed it several times. Same thing with my leather seats and the odor always returns. I left this odor eater in my car over night and the stink is gone. We'll see how long it lasts. The only thing I don't like is the fragrance reminds me of a bathroom. I don't want my car to smell like a bathroom. It's better than working man stank, though.

This is a good value for areas which need constant odor treatment. This size should last you around two months. So when you consider it works consistently for that amount of time, you can't beat the price. This scent is noticeable but much more subtle than many others. I would compare it to a fresh laundry smell. It is not overpowering, which I found to be a positive. Another positive for this product is that it is not simply masking odors, but the activated charcoal is removing them as well. I like this product. I only wish it were refillable, as it seems wasteful to throw a plastic shell away every two months. I hope they consider making some more eco-friendly packaging, and then this would be my everyday odor treatment product.

If you think this will mask the scent of 57 diapers you're wrong. You'll still need to take the trash out to remove the bulk of the scent. It might cut down the overall stink, but it isn't a miracle from God where you're poop won't stink anymore if your expectations are THAT high.This will work well to cut down the scent when you're between trash bag changes and it doesn't smell like flowers so I don't hate it. I change the diaper trash bag when it is filled. I don't push the diapers down as much as possible because trash bags are cheap and smelly rooms are HORRIBLE. Especially when it's easily preventable.

I don’t think it is possible without perfect HVAC and a 24/7 effort to clean every corner of a home with no pets, no kids, no cooking, and no living to keep the occasional negative aroma from invading. This product comes in multiple scents and strengthens & they WORK. I have recommended them to many who tell me they were shocked how the laundry room, basement, attic, etc no longer has an offensive smell. The cost of everything on Amazon is fluid so I have no idea if it is worth the price of the moment. I won’t pay more than 3.50 for one. Can be found at other stores & often sold in “value sets”. They are a staple in my home

This product did an amazing job of not just masking, but absorbing the odor from a litterbox that has been challenging me for some time. It lasted even longer than advertised. I think the price is great and have ordered extras for the future.

Amazing product, I found one left in a truck. I started using it myself and it's been smelling great for months now. I can't remember exactly how long it's been working and since I am not sure, lets just say, way more than 60 days. My search for car and bath freshener is over. I've tried them all and they all last a day, a week at the most. Total rip offs. You get what you pay for and a whole lot more with Odor Genie.Revision: Not sure whats going on here. However; I bought 3 more of this product opened and placed one in my bathroom and nada, zip, nothing, no smell at all. Your guess is as good as mine. I will place it in a car and see what it does. I stand by my original review based on the first one that was used, yup that one still smells great! The only way you can smell a thing from this new one is to bury your nose in it. Quality control issue? Who knows I have 2 more different sents on the way before I change my star rating, lets see if they work.

The remaining odor from a recent painting project in my office was an unwelcome residual. I had tried another product available locally but found the fragrance overwhelming. This product does a good job of neutralizing the offending odor without overlaying an obnoxious odor of its own.
