This seasoning is amazing da bomb! You can simply sprinkle it on everything and call it a "dry rub finish." For family members who don’t enjoy spicy food, I mix it with black pepper and dried herbs, like those store-bought dry chopped oregano, to create a milder flavor.

My husband loves a restaurant that serves these skewers but we live so far now I figure I'd try a pre-made seasoning I was a little nervous because for seasoning it's a little pricey but it's just want he wanted so I am happy with the purchase I will say it is very spicy which is fine but your nose may burn when grilling lol

Makes your BBQ taste exactly like restaurant quality without the price, need less powder than indicated in the instructions on the back = more uses! We used with sesame oil, was delicious, needed a touch of salt but that’s an easy fix and doesn’t warrant taking a star off.
