Astounding performance for the price
The clear plastic ruler, protractor and set squares are a bit cheap, but no worse then anything else in this price range.HOWEVER, the pencil is great, and the compass is excellent! It has a mechanical pencil built into the compass (no clamping some little wooden pencil into it). The hinge is sturdy, and it functions incredibly well.I tutor in maths to GCSE and this kit is absolutely ideal. It's the one I recommend to my students.Have a shop around on Amazon though. There are identical kits being sold for different prices.

Good Value
This was just what I needed for school, however the thing that holds the pencil in place broke off a day after I purchased it but that was probably my fault due to taking it out too quickly. This is a great value for money either way.

Some of the plastic holes inside broke rather easily so would not be good for being kept loose in a bag but overall was a good set
