Easy to swallow

These definitely threw me a little bit of a curveball. I've always believed that my daily B12 intake gives me that perfect energy to make it through my day. I ran out of my usual B12, so I took a chance on these. I definitely missed the curveball it threw when I first tried them. "Instant Dissolve". Most medications or vitamins that start to dissolve usually taste bad, but this one didn't which was a good thing. Any who, these might give you a good B12 intake, but no energy here like the others I have tried. It's a tiny pill that will instantly melt once in your mouth. The pill does feel a bit grainy / chalky when you take it out of the bottle. If your looking for B12 vitamin increase, these might work for you, but definitely not for the energy I was looking for.

I'm not a doctor so I can only comment on my personal experience/perception, so with that in mind, I think this is an excellent B12 supplement. I think it works well and the price point is great. It has all of the good ingredients and none of the bad, so I consider it a winner.

Glad to see more and more vegan and vegetarian supplement options. I'm really not that fussed about the taste or texture as long as I'm getting what I need, but I am glad that these are pleasantly more than tolerable in both taste and rexture.
