BEST CLIPPERS EVER!!! My husband has really think hair and when I would cut it the old clippers I had would get dull really fast and they would end up just pulling his hair a lot. Not these. These cut through his hair like soft butter!!!! I’m not kidding when I say that it makes cutting his hair take half the time that it used to! The wireless is super convenient and the battery lasts super long! It’s also really quiet! With my other ones by little boys would cry the whole hair cut. With these being so quiet it doesn’t scare them and they will calmly sit there the whole time! This is worth the money! I will never get a different brand.

I picked up these Novah Professional hair clippers, and they’re easily the best trimmers I’ve used so far. They cut clean and smooth without pulling, and they handle different hair lengths without any issues. Makes the whole process a lot easier compared to cheaper clippers I’ve used before. They feel solid in hand too—not cheap or flimsy—and have a good weight to them. Battery life has been solid, and I haven’t had any problems getting through a full cut. Overall, these have been a big step up from what I was using before. Definitely impressed.

I was skeptical ordering these as I've been loyal to another brand for so many years. These trimmers are fantastic. They're quiet and do the job well. They came almost fully charged so I can't comment on the battery life. It's nice to not worry about tripping over a cord when cutting my man's hair. The smaller trimmer cuts the hairs on the neck really close. Almost as if I used a razor. Highly recommend.

I've been cutting my own hair for about 25 years, going through the brand that starts with a W, and would replace them ever 2-3 years. Batteries would die, hair would pull, or in general, was a wear and tear item. The Novah is a much higher quality item than the previous brand. It runs quiet, blades are very sharp, and doesn't get warm when running. My other W brand clipper would get so hot by the time I was ready for my zero fade I would usually have to take a break covered in hair. These do not overheat. I did a test cut today and these cut so well. The click adjustment on the blade is a really nice touch, and was surprised how easy it was to shape my hair as it’s thin Asian hair, and the W brand would just push my hair instead of cutting it when trying to cut length. Very very impressed with this product and wish I purchased sooner! In terms of the trimmer - I read some comments on possible knicking/sharps - I had no issues, even at a 90 degree angle. Trimmer got me super close - absolutely loving this set. Also registration and customer service seems to be top notch!

I was initially impressed when I opened the box and felt the clippers, they feel sturdy and high quality. I oiled them up as per the instructions and they came with a full charge so I was eager to try them out. The beard trimmers felt sharp and worked really well, although it did nick me a couple times, I was happy with them and the reason for the 2 stars. On to the main event the hair clippers. I attached the 1 guard and started on the sides of my head and immediately it started pulling and not cutting. I thought I did something wrong, so i reattached the guard and tried with both the on setting and the turbo setting and it would only pull. I have fairly thin hair and the area i was trimming was only about 1 inch in length, my other cheap clipper that I had for years and the battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore that I got these to replace had no problems. I tried adjusting the screws on the back and checking the blades positioning and no matter what I did I couldn't get them to cut properly. I wasted about 2 hours tinkering with it. Very disappointed. **UPDATE** The company reached out to my review within a couple days and asked me if I would like a refund or a replacement, I wanted the replacement, the replacement clipper arrived within the week. 5/5 Customer Service. This clipper works perfectly it cuts smoothly and sharp. I really like this set and my review would've been a 5/5 if this was the first one I received and you can't expect every product to be perfect everytime but maybe there is some room in their company to be a little stricter on quality control. Overall it's a really nice set and I would buy from them again in the future knowing they care and stand behind their products.

First off, these are packaged very nicely. The razor/trimmers themselves are phenomenal. I had a great pair of Andis prior to getting these, but let me tell you, these cut much better. Way less passes when cutting my hair. They feel really sturdy & well built. It comes with all the necessary accessories, but I do wish it came with a carry case, but I just ordered one. If you are thinking of upgrading, they are worth the money, especially of you gmvatch them on sale for around $70. Plus, they come with a warranty & you can buy replacement blades from them

I had bought a hair clippers set that starts with a "W" a while ago. I had to get a new set. Different model and not happy with my old brand. I wasn't happy with how it cut my hair. So I bought a Novah set recently. 1st time going Cordless. Just as powerful or more than my other 2 sets. I really love the multiple settings for closeness on the trimmer. The blades are alot more sturdier than the regular plastic blades vs my old set. I really like this set. I was very impressed with the clippers and my hair cut. Nothing like a good fade! Most of all, their Customer Service. My pet peeve for any company. Response time was great. Jennifer was quick to reply on email for my Warranty and followup. Thank you. This is great product and a cost saving vs going to a barber. Highly recommend.

This a great set of clippers and trimmer. The trimmer blades are very sharp so be careful when using this around soft skin like the ears. I have some older Wahl clipper guards that I use with the clipper, but I have also used this set’s clipper guards. The guards are great and are more stable than other brands when clipped on. The machines are pretty quiet and they feel good in the hands when doing finer and more precise movements. It’s kind of a let down that there is a warming of not submerging them in liquids, since I would have liked to clean the blades in alcohol every other time I use them. All in all, I would not hesitate in recommending this set to someone who would ask for advice on what machines to buy. This is a great product!

Update- although my product stopped working, a representative reached out to me immediately, made me feel valued and compensated me beyond fairly. Perhaps my product was a dud, which I am sure will be looked into, but at least given their appreciation for the customer I would recommend their products, knowing that if you run into issues they are very supportive; because as I said when working the product works as well as hoped. The product I received did stop working, so I can’t give 5 stars, but I would give the customer support 5 stars. Worked well for the first while, trimmer stopped functioning before the % even got to zero for the first time (stopped working at 33%) Maybe used it 10 times, Would have expected more. Do not buy.
