I really like this product. It isn't bulky like some types are. In fact, sometimes my dog isn't wearing it and she thinks she is so she doesn't bark! It is comfortable for the dog to wear--no prongs. It's rechargeable and waterproof. It automatically increases the sound and vibration levels if the dog keeps barking, but my dog learned very quickly to reduce her barking. It works with sound and vibration, NOT shock. AND she seems to like wearing it. After wearing it for a few weeks now, she comes to me when she hears the beep when I turn it on and lets me put it on. It's like she is relieved that she won't have to bark at every little thing!

I originally wrote a bad review for this. I changed it to five stars. At first this was useless for my barky Jackapoo. But what happened is I then bought a collar with a remote that I can select sound, vibrate or shock. I hate hate hate to admit it, but shock was necessary for her to take the collar seriously. But, now, I am so pleased that we now switched back to this collar that only beeps and vibrates if the barking persists. She now pays attention to the beep and lowers her bark to a wimper. She does not need to be shocked She knows it could happen now and that makes this collar the greatest for us now. No remote is great. Just charge it as needed and we good. Let me conclude by saying I love my dog. It was imperative to get her to stop barking cause my brother a/k/a my grumpy landlord said if she barks she has to go. So, I am someone who needs a device that works.

Nice and small on my small dog but strap keeps loosening although I have cut it to size. Easy to use and it appears to distract her from her barking.

We returned this product early October 2021. We have not received our refund. Reason for returning the product was it did not work when we took it out of the box. We did not get a chance to try it on the dog. We considered ordering another as it may have been a one off and it looks to be a good product, but we have not reordered because we have not received our refund.To the SELLER: Please refund our money as you say you will when your product is returned. Thank you!

Update! This company has sent me no less than 3 emails asking me to remove this honest review in exchange for compensation. This is not okay! The sole purpose of reviews is to help other consumers make educated buying decisions based on truthful reviews of the product. I will never buy or recommend this company or their bark collars to anyone. I tried two collars. They both worked to stop the barking temporarily and then my dog would bark through the warnings. Then the collars stopped turning on after less than a month of daily use. This is collar is a waste of money! Amazon needs to put a stop to these merchants doing unscrupulous business practices.I purchased this for my under 5 pound pomchi mix. She barks a lot! The first collar was delivered and I charged it and put it on my dog. She was unbothered by the beeps/vibrates to stop barking. She barked right through. I played around with the different degrees of beeps. Still nothing. She didn't care! It was like she was walking around with her new pink necklace. Completely unfazed by the fact that the collar was meant to control her barking. Then after a few charges the collar stopped working, and it wouldn't charge. Amazon sent me a replacement collar. I proceeded with the very same steps and the second collar stopped working! Honestly, I wouldn't waste your money on this anti-bark collar. It's garbage! Doesn't work to control or even mitigate the dog barking, then it just stops working altogether! Don't waste your money or the time to have send this back.
