Good economy option. Nice colors. Cuttable. Punchable.
These are about half as sturdy as the eleven disc transparent covers i bought and love the most, but they are about three times the price as these. These are nice if you are okay with a flimsier cover set. These color is nice. I bought lavender 12 pack. There was a bit of chipping on the corner of one set, which came in a bubble envelope direct from mintra. This was not a big problem because I cut mine to fit my classic happy planner size, which I favor. The eleven disc brand covers are available in that size. I totally recommend those if you can afford it. They cone in packs of five. These come in a number of options. You can also order direct from talia site for a very low price and moderate shipping fee. Well worthwhile except lots of covers were out of stock on their site. There is more actually available here. Be prepared for a bit of cover damage; I have seen that on a number of reviews. The covers aren’t brittle but you do have to be gentle with how you put the expander discs on. I recommend slimmer expander discs, like the kind Happy Planner sells. They’re really good. Especially their pretty metal design sets. I also ordered some bulk 100 pack solid plastic discs which are on the thicker side. I actually love them, but you have to be more careful putting them on so you don’t bend the cover bits. And paper goes on with less damage in small stacks - test for amount. Single pages end up more damaged. That goes for anytime, but especially if you’re using thicker discs.Anyway, these covers are really good, and honestly, options are few. I stick to plastic since I found bookboard to be a rather bad choice with expander discs in my opinion. I did recycle some thinner covers off some travelers journals that came with cardstock grade covers in a color I liked, but they won’t hold up forever. Paper can only take so much on and off the disc, but thicker stock paper is definitely better. Though I am using some regular quality printer paper for draft use as well as some much heavier grades which I definitely prefer. Just be prepared to consider your budget if you’re just getting into this. Expander disc systems are awesome, especially if you like to reorganize content. Also, tab dividers are hard to find and get expensive fast. I did come across a few you can buy in bulk and cut and punch to size. I wound up buying a happy planner puncher and really love it. I realized I had to have one. But I am making quite a few expander books. If you are only making one or two, you can probably decide which brand of expander punched paper you like and just buy it, but punching your own stuff opens up your options quite a bit.I can give these covers a good review for what they are. And they really have no competitors that I have found, other than the eleven disc covers I mentioned, which are far superior but also pricier. So budget is the deciding factor for that. As well as size. Both brands come in multiple sizes. Eleven discs makes a classic happy planner compatible size, which is hard to find. But I don’t think they offer much in the way of color for covers. Talia has a pretty good color selection. But covers are flimsy but still nice, whereas the eleven disc covers are very sturdy with enough flexibility not to be brittle and can still be cut if you are determined, but you probably won’t have to if you get the right size. The talia covers are really easy to cut. Be sure to check out the talia site to get a better overview of your options. Their discs are okay, but I like the Happy Planner discs better. They’re well priced and the metal discs are wonderful. And come in nice colors. So, in summary, these covers are very nice and versatile if you are looking for something you can cut and punch yourself.

Talia never disappoints!
Excellent quality. The covers are flexible but durable, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’m using mine for a recipe binder, so I can easily wipe down the covers (and rings) with soap and water if they get messy.I got the option that comes with the rings, which I found to be a better value than buying rings elsewhere; plus, the rings match the color of each cover, and you can still mix and match them. Non-obnoxious colors (pastel set). One side of each cover is smooth, and the other has a nice-looking crosshatch texture to it; the textured one is meant to be the outside, but you could definitely reverse it if desired. Both sides have a slightly shimmery appearance. The rings are a true 1” between the inside edges, not 1” from outside edge to edge like the cheaper overseas manufacturers usually sell.I use mine with white printer paper that I’ve punched with my Arc punch (pricey but great quality, highly recommend that one if you’re in the market for a discbound/mushroom punch). The covers I purchased (letter size) overlap the top/bottom edges of my punched paper by maybe a smidge more than 1/8”, and the outside edge overhangs maybe an inch past the edge of the punched paper, which is great if you’re adding tabs but sort of oddly wide otherwise.I highly recommend this item!

Good deal
I love these so much. I literally have been using these same ones since high school and I'm still using them in college. Good quality and amazing overall.

Quality, economical covers
These covers are well priced. There are three cover sets and three sets of disks (one set for each cover set). The covers seem sturdy. They are not flimsy, but not overly stiff. They seem like they will hold up well to use. Depending on the color, sheerness varies. None of them are completely see through but the lighter colors offer a bit more of a peek to the inside that the darker colors. The disks are plastic, seem sturdy, and color coordinate or offer a pop depending on which set you put with which cover. I have assembled my books and so far the pages turn well. I am sure not a absolutely smooth as the way more expensive metal disks, but I have had no frustration at sticking pages. I am really enjoying the aesthetic, usefulness, and economy of these covers as we enter our new academic year for homeschool.

Excellent Budget Option
Love, love, LOVE these! They're definitely not a stiff hardcover like you can get at an office store, but the price difference accounts for that. These are pretty and work great for personalizing your own notebooks. I just wish there were more color options.

Affordable alternative to fancy brand
Useful for work especially, and interfaces well with other brand disc bound paper and items.
