2 of these and you will feel much relieved in the morning.Shaped like a zeplin rather than a tablet, which I wasn't expecting. In a jar rather than a bluster pack, also new to me however the rest is as it should be.I would buy them again.

Use these every few weeks and compared with other versions on offer I find these effective without being harsh or upsetting the system.

Good value for money, and very effective, two at a time does the trick. Tablets are scored so you can break them in half easily if you wish. Easy to swallow shape, not round but oval, I find round tablets difficult to swallow, so these are great. I've been trying to get a well known brand from a well known chemist for some time which I usually use but they are forever out of stock. You only get a certain amount and the price is high, with these you get a lot more for less, and they are more effective and I only use 2 at a time, I will be buying these from now on, thank you

I suffer with constipation hard level lol Sometimes I go a whole week without going to the loo. I need to take 3 pills to go to the toilet once. Senna tea works better for me, with a double bag tea I go 3x, so I’m sticking with the tea instead of these. But for my husband it works well so I would try if your case is not severe like mine.

i am very happy with this product as i am using around 2 years .

First time I had used these. Product is sting start with one tablet. I had two and had hours of stomach cramps, but once it worked. All ok .Would recommend.
