The GGSDY unit would not pair its mic. Using Windows 10, I could not get mic to work. I bore down using the mic dialogue and got a notice that further steps needed to be taken with no mention of what the steps were. I researched the error message on Google and discovered a Microsoft page that basically said to make this unit work I would have to re-install Windows 10. Fat chance... So, I returned the unit.

It works but very hard on the ears.
