bought this box for my son to propose since the original ring box was to noticeable in his pocket. This box was the perfect size- fit in the pocket without looking obvious. Perfect for traveling with the ring. it worked out really good, he was able to hide it easier. The box is wood and made well, seemed sturdy. Much cuter than the original store ring box, lightweight. make sure to measure your ring- if the diamond is to Big it may not close.

Wonderful little wooden box. Somewhat fragile, but then again, something like this won't get heavy use. Purchased it because of the compact size with which to hold an engagement ring. We are off to Italy next month to visit Rome, Florence, and Venice. Box is small and slim enough to keep in a front pants pocket without anyone noticing. When we come upon the "right" setting, I'll pop the question. My only criticism is that I would wish the engraved design were on both sides of the box. Small matter. Overall, I love it and will serve perfectly for its intended purpose. Good value for the amount paid.

Amazing quality box! I gave my husband a new wedding ring in it and it's sturdy and good quality. No assembly required. The only thing to think about is how thick the ring is you are putting in. I gave my husband a wide band and it fit too snuggly. but its a beautiful box!

Pretty good quality! Hinge is not as sturdy as I would like, but easy enough to open and close. Wife’s ring fit perfectly, and I was able to hide the box in my back pocket without her knowing.

I absolutely LOVE these ring boxes. I ordered two for our wedding next month, for our ring exchange during our ceremony. I got the “you are my universe” box, and the “the adventure begins” box. The ONE thing I will say is if you are buying these for a wide band, like a men’s tungsten wedding band, it will not fit in the slot in the inside padding, it’s okay, though, because the padding acts as cushion, and will push down with the ring on top. I’m thinking of cutting mine a bit more open with an exacto blade… otherwise, they are perfect and will help me keep track of the rings until our day!

I was worried that this ring box would be too small, but it ended up being just the right size. I get a wooden box for every piece of jewelry I get my wife. I ended up using my laser engraver to put a little message on this one. The wood must be real walnut or something because the laser engraver had to make two passes for it to show up well enough. The box seems well made and the hinge aligns perfectly.
